Jo
FOUNDER + CEO
Today, Jo works with organisations across the UK and beyond, helping leaders and teams translate policy into practice, reduce risk and create cultures where people understand expectations and feel confident to act.
Wherever Jo delivers training, the feedback is consistent: her clear, engaging and human approach enables people to open up, challenge assumptions and take shared responsibility for positive, lasting change.
Jo is also the author of Empowering Relationships and Sex Education, published by Routledge in June 2024.
Our award-winning founder, Jo Morgan, is a highly sought-after keynote speaker, trainer and consultant, working across sectors to address professional boundaries, sexual safety and organisational culture.
Jo began her career in education, where she gained national recognition for her evidence-based work on Relationships and Sex Education, safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing. Her programmes were widely recognised for driving real behaviour change – not just awareness.
As her work gained profile, Jo was increasingly invited to support corporate and public-sector organisations. What quickly became clear was that many of the same issues – power, boundaries, consent, silence and culture – were showing up just as strongly in workplaces as they were in schools.
