Why Engendering Change?

Led by Jo Morgan, award-winning educator, author and expert in sexual safety, respectful boundaries and culture change, our support translates complex issues - such as consent, power and misconduct - into practical strategies that organisations can implement immediately.

Jo has a track record of working with male-dominated industries, including engineering, utilities and construction - supporting them to challenge norms, clarify expectations and strengthen behaviours that reduce risk and support inclusion.

She is leading the development of the Engendering Change Certification, which will provide organisations with a clear, recognised framework to embed, measure and sustain safe, respectful workplace cultures.
